Free standard shipping offer
There is no minimum purchase. Eligible items automatically qualify when combined covered postage costs no more than $8 and no more than 15% of covered merchandise value. Merchandise value is after discounts and before tax or shipping. If either postage limit is exceeded, those packages are charged in full, not partially subsidized. Eligibility is confirmed only after your delivery address is quoted; adding items can change postage.
Eligibility and exclusions
The Free shipping eligible badge is conditional, not a guarantee for every address. Individual offers use the same postage limits. In mixed carts, only packages containing no excluded items can qualify; their combined postage must stay within $8 and 15% of their combined merchandise value. Packages containing excluded items are charged normally and their merchandise does not increase the allowance for covered packages. The $8 cap applies to the combined subsidy, not separately per package. Only the cheapest supported standard service is discounted; other services remain paid options.

Available shipping destinations and configured delivery options are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Shipping charges and applicable tax are included in the final total. If no option is available for your address, contact support before purchasing.
Delivery and tracking
Your shipping address is collected securely during checkout. Contact support with your order reference for processing or tracking questions. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Requested items
We review requests and source items into RetroLoot inventory before sending a Stripe invoice. Review the item, shipping address, shipping charge, and total before paying.
